The price will vary on how interactive you want us to be, but the rule of thumb is that we provide the same exact services as an in-house bookkeeper, but for roughly half the price. As our client, you no longer have to worry about paying your bookkeeper’s employment taxes, benefits or other affiliated payroll costs, and you are not responsible for vacation time, sick leave, or missed work for any reason. Very! All of your files are 128 bit encrypted when transmitted and are hosted on a secure application service provider (ASP) server. The files are accessible only by you and by your designated team at ABS Web Accounting.
Not only can you, but you will talk to a live person! While we are fully virtual, you will have a real team member representing your account at all times. ABS Web Accounting employs an expert staff of professionals including: bookkeepers, accountants CPAs, and computer specialists, all of whom are available to you.
We are available to do so, if you are looking for a CPA, but in many cases, companies already have CPA services. Then we simply replace the bookkeeping department, delivering to the CPA of record a correct general ledger in a timely fashion. But if you are in the market for a CPA, we’d be happy to have a conversation with you to see if we would be a good fit.
